Chipmunks Photos
Chipmunks: a type of a ground squirrel, originally referred to as red or striped squirrels
They eat nuts, grains, birds' eggs, fungi, worms, and insects. They live in burrows about 10 ft (3.3 meters) long with separate food, sleeping, and toilet areas. There are several hidden burrow entrances.
While Rodents do not transmit rabies, viral and bacterial infections are likely to be transmitted to humans if bitten.
